Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in precision agriculture, agronomy, or related field.
• Proven experience with farm management software, GIS, and data analysis tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, SST Summit, John Deere Operations Center).
• Strong understanding of sensor technologies, GPS/GNSS, and drone-based data acquisition.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement precision agriculture strategies tailored to farm operations and crop types.
• Analyze data from GPS, sensors, drones, and satellite imagery for trends and insights.
• Provide guidance on variable rate application of fertilizers, pesticides, and water.
