Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Polymer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate research experience in polymer science and engineering.
• Proven track record with publications or patents.
• Expertise in polymer synthesis, characterization techniques (GPC, DSC, TGA, NMR, FTIR), and rheology.
• Experience with computational modeling and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and experimental research into new polymer synthesis, formulation, and processing techniques.
• Design and execute complex experiments, including material characterization and performance testing.
• Analyze experimental data using statistical methods and modeling techniques.
• Develop new polymer materials with specific properties for targeted applications.
• Collaborate remotely with internal teams and external partners to advance research objectives.
• Prepare detailed research reports, publications, and patent applications.
• Stay abreast of literature and advancements in polymer science and chemical engineering.
• Troubleshoot research challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio of the company.
