Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join a global safety surveillance team. Working fully from home, you will monitor, assess, and report adverse events for pharmaceutical products, ensuring regulatory compliance worldwide.

You will collaborate with Clinical, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs teams, contribute to risk management plans, and support SOP updates while maintaining high data quality in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Solid understanding of global adverse event reporting requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH).
• Experience with safety databases such as Argus and ArisG.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage workload in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and assess adverse event reports from multiple sources.
• Ensure timely reporting of safety information to regulatory authorities.
• Conduct literature reviews for safety signals.
• Assist in development and updating pharmacovigilance SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on safety matters.
• Contribute to risk management plans and signal detection activities.
