Placements24 is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join a global safety team in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on detection, assessment, and prevention of adverse drug effects, with emphasis on compliant safety signal management and regulatory reporting.

You will manage safety data, contribute to PSUR/DSUR preparation, and collaborate with internal and external partners while working remotely from anywhere, supported by robust safety systems and cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Solid understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations (FDA, EMA, SAHPRA) and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in safety databases and adverse event reporting systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
