Placements24 is seeking a proficient Remote Pharmaceutical Data Manager to join a globally distributed clinical operations team. You will oversee the management, validation, and QA of clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining databases, data querying, coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing DMPs and SOPs, and performing UAT on data systems, while complying with ICH-GCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical data management.
• Proficiency with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data validation.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to groundbreaking pharmaceutical research from the convenience of your home office. You will be responsible for the management, validation, and quality assurance of clinical trial data, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a strong understanding of data management principles in a regulated environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across different time zones. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases, including edit checks and data validation procedures.
• Manage data cleaning activities, resolve data queries, and ensure timely database lock for clinical study reports.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming teams to define data management requirements.
• Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and other relevant regulatory requirements for data handling.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for clinical databases and data management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proficiency with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical).
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, database design, and data validation techniques.
