Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead critical drug development and regulatory initiatives across global operations. This role is fully remote within South Africa, requiring strong leadership and strategic planning to manage cross-functional, distributed teams.

You will define scope, develop detailed plans, oversee budgets, and report on progress while ensuring on-time delivery within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
• PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Lead teams, provide direction and performance oversight.
