Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead key drug development initiatives from conception to completion. This fully remote role enables you to guide cross-functional teams and drive regulatory affairs and market launch activities.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing complex pharmaceutical projects, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the drug development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects from research to regulatory submission.
• Solid understanding of GxP regulations and drug development processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Asana and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets and provide regular financial reporting.
• Present status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee project documentation and accessibility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
