Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Performance Analyst in elite sports.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis software and performance tools.
- Master's degree in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Data Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Collect, manage, and analyze performance data from training sessions, competitions, and biometric monitoring using specialized software.
- Develop detailed reports and visualizations to communicate KPIs and trends to coaching staff and athletes.
- Identify areas for improvement in athlete technique, strategy, and physical conditioning based on data analysis.
- Collaborate remotely with coaches and sports scientists to develop tailored performance enhancement plans.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and methodologies in sports analytics and performance science.
- Ensure data integrity and security, maintaining confidential athlete information.
