Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Parent Coach to provide guidance and support to families virtually. You will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, develop personalised action plans, and facilitate online workshops to address parenting concerns.

This remote-first role requires excellent virtual communication, empathy, and the ability to manage a caseload independently. You will work with families from Mossel Bay and beyond, delivering evidence-based strategies using

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Psychology, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or therapy with families or parents.
• Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathy skills.

Responsibilities
