Job summary

Prospa, a dynamic agency, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create striking ecommerce content for Meta ad accounts. You will own design across 6-8 brands, collaborating with a creative strategist and account management team to drive conversions.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in graphic design, strong portfolios, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and sharp eyes for pacing, storytelling, and platform-native trends.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years graphic design experience in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality graphic design across multiple formats.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of short-form content strategy for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Clear communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of all design aspects for paid social clients.
• Collaborate with creative strategist, designers and account managers.
• Assist with client onboarding design and planning processes.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client progression.
• Own A/B testing to optimise campaigns.
• Communicate across Slack and client calls.
• Stay on top of short form trends and platform best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients.
