Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, while representing the first impression of Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach and quality touches using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals. Remote in SA.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on your ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
