You will partner with executive leadership to design and execute strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and deliver measurable performance gains in a global, digitally connected environment.

The role requires 8+ years in business operations, a track record of leading large programs, and a strong foundation in process optimization and change

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations management, remote or hybrid setting preferred.
• Proven track record leading strategic projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of process optimization and change management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management; MBA preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance performance and efficiency across the organization.
• Streamline and optimize key business processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Oversee project management for critical initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational strategies with business objectives and drive cross-functional synergy.
• Implement and manage performance metrics and reporting dashboards to track progress.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and external partners in a remote context.
