• Proficiency in statistical software (R, SPSS, Minitab) and process simulation tools.
• Strong SQL, Python, or other data analysis programming skills.
• Excellent remote communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results remotely.
• Experience with business process automation tools and methodologies.
• Strong project management capabilities.
