Somewhere is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own operational challenges in a fast-paced startup. This role focuses on operations and project management, SOP development, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution. It is not an EA role.

You will drive founder-led projects, remove bottlenecks, and make practical decisions without micromanagement, thriving in a lean, high-agency environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Operations Management or Startup generalist roles.
• Experience within a tech company, SaaS startup, or high-growth digital business is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written English with a polished and professional communication style.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of founder-led projects, operational goals, and unexpected challenges from start to completion.
• Coordinate with internal team members, technical teams, and external contractors to keep projects on track.
• Investigate operational issues, process failures, and business bottlenecks and independently develop and implement solutions.
• Create, document, audit, and continuously improve internal SOPs; Manage vendor communications, software tools, contractor workflows, and onboarding logistics.
