Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Operations Improvement Consultant to join a fully remote team, supporting Mossel Bay clients and a broad client base beyond. You will diagnose processes, design practical improvements, and guide implementations to uplift efficiency and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes data‑driven analysis, cross‑functional collaboration with client teams remotely, and delivering measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in operations management, process improvement, or related consulting.
• Proven experience delivering significant operational improvements and cost savings.
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client's current operational procedures and identify areas for enhancement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation.
• Utilize data analytics to measure operational performance and identify key metrics for improvement.
• Design and document new, more efficient operational workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with client teams remotely to ensure successful adoption and integration of changes.
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure sustained improvements.
