Job summary

Placements24 is seeking enthusiastic Remote Online Course Facilitators to join our client’s growing online education team. You will guide learners through asynchronous and synchronous courses, foster engagement, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.

This fully remote role supports adult learners worldwide, with a focus on effective online pedagogy, LMS proficiency, and strong communication. A Bachelor's is required; a Master's is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in online course facilitation, teaching, or training.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
• Proficiency with LMS and online collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate asynchronous and synchronous online learning activities and discussions.
• Engage students, encourage participation, and foster a collaborative online learning community.
• Monitor student progress, identify challenges, and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide support via email, forums, and virtual meetings.
• Ensure that online course content is delivered effectively and aligns with learning objectives.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and course developers to refine course materials and delivery methods.
• Assess student work and provide grades and feedback according to established rubrics.
• Maintain accurate records of student engagement and performance.
• Stay updated on best practices in online facilitation and adult learning.
