Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on pentesting/red teaming or blue-team with offensive knowledge.
• Clear, concise explanation of complex attack chains to technical audiences.
• Strong written communication and ability to document adversarial reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attack paths, kill chains, and adversary strategies across realistic environments.
• Classify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and defensive gaps with structured explanations.
• Review red team-style scenarios and intrusion narratives for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate, label, and validate adversarial reasoning data used to train AI systems.
• Articulate attack chains, potential impact, and security tradeoffs in written form.
• Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace.
