You will collaborate closely with artists via online platforms to develop their sound, refine tracks, and produce professional-quality recordings. The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative vision, excellent technical proficiency in DAWs and audio software, and exceptional communication skills to effectively guide artists remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Produce, record, mix, and master music tracks for various artists across different genres.
• Collaborate with artists remotely to understand their musical vision and guide the creative process.
• Utilize advanced digital audio workstations (DAWs) and plugins to achieve professional sound quality.
• Provide constructive feedback and creative direction to artists during the production process.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of final audio masters.
• Record and edit vocals, instruments, and other audio elements with precision.
• Perform mastering tasks to ensure consistency and optimal playback across different systems.
• Stay current with music production techniques, software updates, and industry trends.
• Maintain a high standard of audio quality and artistic integrity in all projects.
• Communicate effectively with artists and label representatives through various digital channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Music Producer and Sound Engineer, with a strong portfolio of produced and mixed tracks demonstrating versatility across genres.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard DAWs such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools, or FL Studio.
• In-depth knowledge of mixing and mastering techniques, including EQ, compression, and stereo imaging.
• Experience with various audio plugins and virtual instruments.
• Excellent ear for detail, rhythm, melody, and harmony.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for remote work.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
