Job summary

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions is partnering with a leading international engineering group to recruit a Workplace (Endpoint) Support Engineer. The role stabilises a modern workplace by resolving L2 incidents across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, with emphasis on Intune and Entra ID.

You will follow runbooks, document issues clearly, communicate with users, and escalate to L3 when required. Remote role based in South Africa, with occasional travel up to 10% for installations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of relevant enterprise/consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Windows 11.
• Experience with PowerShell and Graph API is a plus.
• Experience with Teams, Video Rooms and telephony is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills and independent work within procedures.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own L2 troubleshooting for modern workplace incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and identity/access issues.
• Support Intune enrolment, compliance, profiles, and app deployment; Entra ID sign-in and MFA basics.
• Mitigate CA/compliance policy impact and escalate as needed.
• Record root-cause analysis and contribute to improvements.
• Create/update knowledge articles and runbooks; collaborate with L1/L3.
