Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Holistic Wellness Coach & Mindfulness Facilitator to guide clients toward holistic well-being from a fully remote setup. Expect one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and resource development, with emphasis on mindfulness, stress management, and overall lifestyle improvement.

The role requires a certification in holistic wellness coaching (ICF-accredited) and at least 3 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized holistic wellness coaching program (ICF accredited).
• Minimum 3 years of holistic wellness coaching with mindfulness focus.
• Ability to run online sessions and workshops.
• Knowledge of mindfulness techniques (meditation, breathwork, yoga principles).
• Strong listening, communication and empathy skills.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and digital coaching tools.
• Ability to work independently from home in a remote setting.
• A client-centered approach to wellbeing and growth.
• Strong online presence and digital etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual one-on-one coaching sessions and create personalized plans.
• Design and deliver online mindfulness workshops and group sessions.
• Provide guidance on nutrition, sleep, exercise, and emotional well-being.
• Use coaching and mindfulness techniques to support client growth.
• Develop digital resources like guided meditations and exercises.
• Monitor progress, provide encouragement and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain confidential client records in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with wellness coaching research and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team on content creation and program development.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic client journey and communications.
