Placements24 is seeking a talented Remote Medical Writer to support regulatory, clinical, and marketing documents for projects based with teams in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. This fully remote role enables contribution from anywhere in South Africa.

The ideal candidate has an advanced degree in life sciences and at least four years of medical writing experience in pharma or biotech, with strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in Word and document management systems.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life sciences (Master's or PhD).
• Minimum of 4 years as a Medical Writer in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to write complex scientific and medical documents clearly.
• Deep understanding of drug development and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Word and document management systems; high accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Author, edit, and review CSRs, IBs, and regulatory submissions.
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations for publication and conferences.
• Ensure scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance with company style guides.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical ops, and regulatory affairs.
• Manage document production timelines and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Develop and maintain document templates and style guides.
