About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and precise Remote Medical Writer to produce high-quality medical and scientific documentation. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for crafting clear, accurate, and compliant documents for various audiences, including healthcare professionals, regulatory agencies, and patients. Your expertise in translating complex scientific data into understandable content will be essential for supporting the company's communication needs across its pharmaceutical portfolio. This role offers the flexibility to work from any location while contributing to critical medical communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and review a variety of medical documents, including clinical study reports, investigator brochures, protocols, manuscripts, and regulatory submission documents.
• Ensure all written content is scientifically accurate, clear, concise, and adheres to relevant guidelines (e.g., ICH, GPP) and company style.
• Collaborate closely with medical experts, scientists, regulatory affairs personnel, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure document accuracy.
• Manage document development timelines and contribute to the planning and organization of medical writing projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, drug development processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of medical writing templates and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine).
• Advanced degrees are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Writer, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear, accurate, and scientifically sound documents.
• Thorough understanding of drug development processes, clinical trial conduct, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of English grammar, style, and punctuation.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in working remotely and independently.
