Placements24 is seeking a talented Medical Writer to join the expanded communications team in a fully remote role. You will craft clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, manuscripts, and educational materials with scientific accuracy, collaborating with physicians, scientists, and regulatory professionals from any location.

The ideal candidate holds a life science or related degree with 4+ years of medical writing experience, strong English, and familiarity with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life science, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Medical Writer in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven ability to write complex scientific and clinical information clearly and concisely.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Excellent command of English grammar, style, and scientific terminology.
• Proficiency with standard office software and familiarity with document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Author, edit, and review a wide range of clinical and regulatory documents, ensuring scientific accuracy and adherence to style guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, including physicians, scientists, and regulatory affairs specialists, to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and project timelines.
• Ensure all documents comply with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMA) and company standards.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of therapeutic areas and product information.
• Contribute to the development of communication strategies and content planning.
