Placements24 is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a Systems Design focus to join a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will architect and integrate complex mechanical systems and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, hardware and software teams across time zones, using MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS or COMSOL for simulations, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical systems design and integration.
• Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, or COMSOL.
• Strong understanding of control systems, mechatronics, and reliability engineering principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
