Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in mechanical design and engineering, renewable energy preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and analysis software.
• Understanding of energy systems, thermodynamics and materials science.
• Familiar with project management and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze mechanical components for renewable energy installations for performance and reliability.
• Create technical specifications, drawings and docs for mechanical systems including structural, electrical, and power transmission parts.
• Perform site assessments and feasibility studies for new renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical systems, providing remote technical support.
• Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
