Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of mechanical systems and components using advanced 3D CAD software.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.
• Perform complex engineering analyses, such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to optimize designs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, via virtual communication tools.
• Ensure designs meet all performance, safety, regulatory, and cost requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve design challenges, documenting solutions and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical design and development.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX) and FEA tools.
