Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD software.
• Conduct thorough engineering analysis, including structural, thermal, and vibration simulations, to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners through virtual communication tools.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and design methodologies to continuously improve product performance and manufacturability.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for manufacturing and product deployment phases remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360) and FEA tools.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in writing and via video conferencing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties.
