Placements24 is partnering with a wellness provider to recruit a Remote Massage Therapist in Paarl. This role focuses on expert remote consultation, self-massage guidance, stretching routines, and ergonomic advice via video calls to help clients manage stress and improve posture from home.

You will guide clients through personalized routines, educate on posture and ergonomics, maintain progress records, and adapt recommendations based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Professional certification or license as a Massage Therapist.
• Proven experience in therapeutic massage and knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills for remote coaching.
• Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly via video.
• Proficiency with video conferencing and online communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs related to muscle tension, pain, and flexibility.
• Guide clients through personalized stretching routines and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Provide expert advice on self-massage techniques and the use of simple tools for at-home relief.
• Educate clients on posture, ergonomics, and stress management techniques to prevent discomfort.
• Maintain client records, track progress, and adapt recommendations based on client feedback.
