Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Marketing Operations Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO, and paid media projects for US clients. This role involves managing campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and client relationships, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain clear client communications, and proactively flag risks to keep projects moving to completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
