Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing setting with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical instructions remotely.
Familiarity with various types of industrial machinery and control systems.
Proficiency in using remote communication tools and potentially remote access software.

Responsibilities

Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
Guide on-site technicians through complex repair procedures and diagnostic processes.
Review maintenance logs and performance data to recommend preventative maintenance strategies.
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance.
