Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Licensed Acupuncturist & TCM Practitioner to join a fully remote telehealth team. You will conduct remote consultations, develop personalized TCM treatment plans, and guide clients in acupressure, herbal guidance, and lifestyle advice.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Acupuncture/TCM, a valid license, and at least 4 years of clinical experience in TCM, with strong telehealth communication skills. Flexible remote work and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Acupuncture and/or Traditional Chinese Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Valid license to practice acupuncture/TCM in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual client consultations is essential.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations to assess client health conditions using TCM diagnostic methods.
• Develop personalized TCM treatment plans, including acupressure points, herbal formulas, dietary therapy, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Educate clients on TCM principles and how they can support their health and well-being.
• Provide guidance on self-care techniques such as acupressure and Qi Gong exercises.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic client records and document treatment progress.
• Stay current with TCM research, best practices, and relevant health regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the telehealth platform to provide integrated care.
• Contribute to the development of online educational resources for clients.
• Ensure patient privacy and data security in a remote setting.
