Job summary

You will lead remote workshops, mentor cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and ensure sustainable adoption of lean practices. Strong communication and change management are essential for success in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• Extensive Lean consulting experience in manufacturing.
• Proven remote coaching and change management.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess processes to identify waste using Lean tools.
• Develop and implement Lean transformation plans.
• Facilitate remote workshops and training.
