• 7+ years of professional game development experience, with 2+ years in a lead or senior technical role.
• Strong Unity and C# expertise with shipped titles on PC/console/mobile.
• Experience mentoring developers, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of game developers through the full development lifecycle.
• Oversee technical design and architecture using Unity and C#.
• Write high-quality, maintainable C# code for game systems and features.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and producers to realize concepts.
• Implement features, optimize performance, and ensure platform targets.
• Conduct code reviews, guide best practices, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Drive R&D for new technologies and manage development timelines.
