Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design focused on technical development.
• Demonstrated experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Translate designs into buildable documentation across RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Lead the development of technical typologies grounded in construction logic.
• Supervise and guide BIM modelers and junior technical staff.
