Placements24 is seeking a visionary Lead Software Engineer to spearhead development initiatives and guide technical design. You will mentor engineers, shape architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality, scalable software in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Responsibilities include steering the technical roadmap, collaborating with product managers, and driving best practices across delivery teams. A strong cloud, DevOps, and agile background is essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of software development experience with leadership background.
Strong multi-language programming knowledge and modern architecture patterns.
Excellent understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting collaboration and improvement.
Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable software.
