Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly skilled Remote Lead Site Engineer to oversee civil infrastructure projects from a remote capacity. You will guide site engineering teams, ensure compliance with design specs, and drive quality control across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in civil site supervision, PrEng/ECSA is highly preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and remote coordination skills to manage large-scale projects with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• PrEng registration with ECSA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in civil engineering site supervision and management.
• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water/wastewater).
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor engineering teams effectively, especially in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
