Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in aviation propulsion systems engineering.
• Proven ability to lead engineering projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of propulsion systems.
• Oversee performance analysis, testing, and validation.
• Manage propulsion system integration into aircraft platforms.
• Define system requirements, specifications, and test plans.
• Conduct thermodynamic and performance simulations for engine components.
• Mentor propulsion engineers and guide cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and flight test teams.
