Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in chemical research and development, with a strong publication record or patent portfolio.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring scientific teams, preferably in a remote or distributed setting.
• Expertise in synthetic chemistry, process chemistry, and analytical techniques (NMR, HPLC, GC-MS).
• Strong understanding of scale-up principles and industrial chemical processes.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote R&D team focused on discovery and development of new chemical entities and processes.
• Define research objectives, set project timelines, and ensure rigorous execution of experimental plans.
