Placements24 is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join a fully remote SaaS team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key product line, aligning market needs with customer requirements to drive growth.

You will mentor junior PMs, partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and own KPIs to measure success. This remote-first role offers flexibility and opportunities to influence product strategy globally.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with leadership in complex digital products, preferably SaaS.
• Defining product strategy and executing roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in fully remote or distributed teams is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to deliver products successfully.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning with engineering teams.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure success and guide iterations.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and development team.
