Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Sports Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in sports analytics or performance analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in developing and applying statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics in a sports context.
• Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively.
• Deep understanding of various sports rules, strategies, and performance metrics.
