Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile Application Developer to drive native iOS and Android projects. You will lead a remote development team, set architectural direction, and deliver user‑centric mobile solutions that scale globally.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with product and design, oversee code quality, stay current with mobile trends, and manage releases to App Store and Google Play.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of mobile app development across iOS and Android
• Proven experience leading mobile development teams
• Strong understanding of MVVM, MVC and VIPER architectures
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks is a plus
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and performance optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of native iOS and Android applications
• Architect scalable, secure, and performant mobile solutions
• Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level mobile developers
• Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into mobile experiences
• Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards
