Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in mobile app development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin/Java).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design and platform guidelines.
• Experience with mobile development tools, SDKs, and performance optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of native iOS and Android applications from concept to launch.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile developers with technical guidance and code reviews.
• Define and enforce mobile development best practices, coding standards, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into mobile features.
• Optimize performance, ensure scalability, and maintain code quality and security.
