Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Mobile App Developer to drive mobile strategy and execution in a fully remote role. You will guide a team of iOS and Android developers, set architectural direction, and ensure delivery of high-quality mobile experiences for a global user base.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in mobile development with leadership, strong UI/UX sensibility, and expertise in native platforms, Git, CI/CD, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in mobile app development with leadership experience.
• Native iOS/Android experience (Swift/Obj-C; Kotlin/Java).
• Proven ability to architect and ship complex mobile apps.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and mobile design best practices.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data integration.
• Strong leadership, communication and remote-team management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor iOS and Android developers.
• Architect, design and develop native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Define the technical roadmap for mobile development.
• Oversee full mobile lifecycle from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure app quality, performance, scalability and security.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to define features.
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards.
