Collaborate with narrative and art teams to align storytelling with visual style, establish design standards, and drive performance optimizations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a Level Designer with shipped titles.
• Experience leading a design team remotely.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of level designers, providing artistic direction and technical guidance.
• Design and implement compelling level layouts, ensuring balanced gameplay, pacing, and exploration.
