This leadership role designs, implements, and maintains automated systems, overseeing projects from concept to commissioning while guiding distributed teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive innovation with PLC, HMI/SCADA, robotics, and cybersecurity practices, and ensure reliable, scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in industrial automation with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Strong PLC programming experience (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA expertise.
• Proven track record delivering complex automation projects across diverse industries.
• Knowledge of robotics, machine vision and data acquisition systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and remote team management skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration and project management tools.
• Desirable familiarity with cybersecurity in industrial control systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of automation solutions (PLC, HMI, SCADA, robotics).
• Oversee full lifecycle from requirements to commissioning and validation.
• Create detailed technical documentation including control logic and schematics.
• Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers.
• Collaborate with clients' engineering and operations teams to tailor solutions.
• Troubleshoot remote issues to minimize downtime.
• Research and adopt new automation technologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
