You will mentor a remote team, develop bespoke extension plans, and stay ahead of trends while creating engaging digital content to showcase techniques and drive client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A professional cosmetology license and a minimum of 8 years of experience, with specialized expertise in hair extensions and advanced styling.
• Proven mastery of extension application techniques (tape-in, sew-in, fusion, micro-link) and intricate styling.
• Exceptional virtual communication and client-building skills for remote delivery.
• Proficiency with video conferencing, digital consultation tools, and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of hair health, color theory, and designing harmonious looks.
• Ability to lead and mentor a remote team in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities
