Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Virtual Hair Stylist & Color Consultant to deliver remote consultations nationwide from Pretoria. You will guide clients in choosing hairstyles, color formulations, and cut techniques through virtual channels, creating personalized digital style guides and color formulations for each client.

The role requires at least 5 years as a licensed Hair Stylist with a strong emphasis on color, excellent communication, and proficiency with video conferencing tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed Hair Stylist with a strong focus on color.
• Proven ability to perform detailed hair and color consultations remotely.
• Expertise in a wide range of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with video conferencing software and digital consultation tools.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse hairstyles and color transformations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess hair type, texture, condition, and client goals.
• Provide expert recommendations on haircuts, styling techniques, and personalized hair care routines.
• Guide clients through selecting appropriate hair color shades, lowlights, highlights, and application methods.
• Educate clients on how to maintain their color and style at home, including product recommendations.
