Placements24 is seeking an exceptional Lead Frontend Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX to spearhead our front-end efforts from a remote position. You will guide a team of talented developers, set technical direction, and ensure delivery of polished, user-centric web applications.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into high-fidelity interfaces, establish coding standards, and optimize performance for a global audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/design or related field.
• 7+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2 years in lead/architect role.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a major framework (React/Vue/Angular).
• Strong UI/UX, responsive design, and accessibility knowledge.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux/Vuex) and build tools (Webpack).
• Excellent communication and leadership for remote teams.
