Placements24 is seeking an experienced Lead Frontend Developer to spearhead remote development efforts, designing and implementing high-performance user interfaces and guiding a team of frontend engineers. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with UI/UX, product, and backend, establish frontend standards, and drive architectural decisions to deliver compelling, accessible features across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of frontend development, with at least 2 years in leadership or senior role.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of responsive and engaging user interfaces.
• Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, ensuring code quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into features.
• Establish and enforce frontend coding standards and architectural patterns.
• Optimize performance and cross-device compatibility; conduct code reviews and ensure timely delivery.
