Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent chartership required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in environmental engineering with focus on site assessment and remediation.
• Demonstrated experience leading environmental projects and remote teams.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations (CERCLA, RCRA, local laws).
• Expertise in contaminant transport modeling, risk assessment, and remediation technologies.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and management of ESAs and RAPs.
• Oversee complex contaminated site investigations and characterizations.
• Develop and implement remediation strategies for soil, groundwater, and vapor contamination.
• Ensure compliance with national and international environmental regulations and permitting.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources for environmental projects.
• Lead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of scientists and engineers.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and regulators.
• Collaborate with clients, government stakeholders, and subcontractors via advanced communication technologies.
• Stay current with evolving environmental regulations and remediation technologies.
